土霉素氧化锌膏治疗干槽症的临床研究

THE EFFECT OF OXYTETRACYCLINE ZINC OXIDE OINTMENT ON DRY SOCKETZ

目的观察土霉素氧化锌膏治疗干槽症的临床疗效。方法将248例干槽症患者随机分为两组,局麻行牙槽窝刮治后,治疗组(136例)在牙槽窝内置土霉素氧化锌膏,对照组(112例)在牙槽窝置滴入丁香油的碘仿纱条。观察1～5d,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组136例中,完全止痛40例,基本止痛66例,疼痛减轻30例,总有效率为100%。对照组112例中,完全止痛20例,基本止痛40例,疼痛减轻20例,无效32例,总有效率71.3%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=44.61,P<0.01)。结论土霉素氧化锌膏是治疗干槽症的有效方法之一。

Objective To observe the？clinical curative effect of oxytetracycline zinc oxide ointment on dry socketz.Methods248 cases of dry socket？were divided into two groups randomly.Local anesthesia and alveolar fossa curettage were applied to both groups.The 136 cases in the treatment group received alveolar fossa with oxytetracycline zinc oxide ointment.The 112 cases in the control group got alveolar fossa with the instillation of clove oil iodoform gauze.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe treatment group had 40 cases of complete pain relief,66 cases of general pain relief and 30 cases of slight pain relief,with the total efficiency being 100%.The control group had 20 cases of complete pain relief,40 cases of general pain relief,20 cases of slight pain relief and 32 cases of no effect,with the total effective rate being 71.43%.The total effect of two groups had significant difference（χ2=44.61,P〈0.01）.ConclusionOxytetracycline zinc oxide ointment is an effective treatment for dry socket.
