摘要
目的评价樱桃叶多糖(PPP)的体外抗氧化活性。方法以抗坏血酸(Vc)作为对照,体外实验研究PPP的总还原能力及其对羟自由基、超氧负离子自由基和有机自由基(DPPH)的清除作用以及对大鼠肝脏自发性和H2O2诱导的丙二醛抑制率。结果 PPP对羟自由基、超氧负离子自由基、有机自由基的IC50依次为100.5,991.4和135.1μg/mL;对大鼠肝脏自发性和由H2O2诱导的产生的脂质过氧化均有较好的保护作用。结论 PPP有着较强的体外抗氧化活性,和同等浓度下的Vc相比,其抗氧化能力效果稍弱,具有一定的开发价值。
Purpose To study the antioxidative effect of Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl. polysaccharide (PPP) in vitro. Methods The total reducing power of PPP was measured by in vitro chemical simulated system. The hydroxyl radical, aoxide anion and organic free radicals scavenging activity of PPP were detec- ted by the methods of pyrogallol autoxidation,Fenton system and DPPH· , respectively and compared with that of aeorbic acid. The content of MDA in tissue of liver was measured by TBA assay in vitro. Results The total reducing power of PPP was far lower than that of the same concentration of aseorbie acid. PPP had a strong scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical and aoxide anion with IC50 of 100.5 and 991.4 μg/mL, respectively,but had lower effect on DPPH. PPP showed a significant protecting-liver effect on lipid peroxodation of rat liver homogenate. Conclusion PPP showed a significant antioxidant activity in experiments in vitro,it can be used as drug or beverage and so was worth exploitation.
