甲壳低聚糖硒对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素指标及胰腺组织的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察甲壳低聚糖硒(COS-Se)对2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素含量、胰岛素敏感性及胰腺组织的影响。方法制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分别给予COS-Se、Se、甲壳低聚糖(COS)对其进行干预,观察20周,期间检测血糖、胰岛素的含量、胰岛素敏感指数及胰腺组织HE染色观察。结果 COS-Se、Se、COS对糖尿病模型的高胰岛素血症都有一定改善作用,随着时间的延长,COS-Se的改善作用更明显。结论 COS-Se可保护胰岛细胞,改善2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素敏感性。 Purpose To investigate the effect of chitooligosaccharides-selenium (COS-Se) on insulin levels,insulin sensitivity and pancreatic tissue in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods After the rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by a single injection of low dose streptozotocin after high fatty diet,the animals were divided into control group, COS-Se group,Se group and COS group. Other 10 rats were em- ployed as normal control group. The insulin levels and insulin sensitivity Index were determined, pancreas tissue was analyzed by HE and observed by light microscopy. Results With the extension of time, COS-Se could improve high insulin level notably,compared with the Se group and COS group. Conclusion COS- Se could protect islet cell and improve insulin sensitivity.
