摘要
目的探讨氯胺酮对大头金蝇生长发育的影响,为法医昆虫毒理学提供基础性资料。方法恒温28℃条件下,用混有4种浓度梯度的盐酸氯胺酮的培养基饲育大头金蝇幼虫,观察记录幼虫体长、体质量的改变。结果实验组平均体长、平均体质量在达到最大值前大部分时间段明显低于对照组(P<0.001);与对照组相比,实验组幼虫最大体长及最大体质量未见一致性差异,但在达到最大体长及最大体质量的时间上有显著延迟,并相应延长整个幼虫期。结论氯胺酮能显著抑制大头金蝇幼虫体长及体质量的增长速度。
Objective To investigate the effect of ketamine on chrysomya megacephala development for basic forensic entomotoxicology data. Methods The larvae of chrysomya megacephala were reared in artificial diets containing 4 different ketamine hydrochloride concentrations at 28℃. The body lengths and weights were observed. Results Larvae reared on the presence of the drug showed smaller average body length and body weight when compared with larvae reared on the absence of the drug. There was no significant difference of the maximum lengths and the maximum weights between the control and the exposed compared with the control. However, the development time of the maximum lengths and weights of all the exposed were delayed. The exposed also showed an increase of duration of larval stages. Conclusion The results indicate that the larvae of C. Megacephala exposed to ketamine show a significant decrease of growth rate.
