对头面部巨痣按照解剖学分区进行整形外科治疗的研究

Study on Head Facial Giant Nevus According to Anatomic Zone by Stage with Principlization of Plastic Surgery Therapy

目的观察全厚皮片移植修复头面部巨痣切除术后创面的临床效果。方法对7例头面部巨痣患者按照头面部解剖学分区分期行巨痣部分切除,全厚皮片移植术,术后综合抗瘢痕治疗。结果所有巨痣患者移植皮片全部成活,术后随访3～10个月,瘢痕无明显增生或挛缩,皮肤色泽和弹性与创周正常皮肤接近,效果满意。结论头面部巨痣切除后,全厚皮片移植修复术后创面效果确切。

Objective To observe the therapy of head facial giant nevus with priciplization of plastic surgery, explore effective remedial ways of head facial giant nevus. Methods The head facial giant nevus was cut off depending on the anatomic areas by stages, the wound was repaired with full thickness skin. Results All the full thickness skin survived, follow-up visit lasted from 3 months to 10 months, there was no scar proliferation or contracture occurrence. In addition, skin color and elasticity were close to the normal skin around the wound. The five sense organs were ameliorated, the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The head facial giant nevus has been cut off depending on the anatomic areas by stages, repairing the wound with full thickness skin, the result is pretty good.
