摘要 目的介绍心肌梗死并发心脏破裂的研究进展,以期对临床工作的开展提供文献理论基础并对临床诊治及护理工作提供参考。方法通过查阅近年来发表的有关心肌梗死并发心脏破裂的相关文献,就目前心肌梗死合并心脏破裂的发生机制、病理机制、临床表现、治疗以及预防的研究现状和进展进行阐述。结果心脏破裂是心肌梗死院内主要死亡原因之一,不同部位破裂临床表现不同,外科手术治疗可有效降低心脏破裂的死亡率。结论对心脏破裂研究进展的了解有助于临床上预防心脏破裂的发生及制定正确的治疗决策。
