摘要 很多女性在经前或月经周期的最初几天，会感到有一些情绪和身体的不适。这种症状多数是非常轻微的，然而对于某些女性，症状可能会十分明显，以致于影响她们的家庭、工作和生活，严重时，甚至会觉得活着没有意义。这些女性经前不适程度严重，
