摘要
Robin序列征是以小下颚、舌根后坠和软腭裂为主要表现的颌面部畸形,因发病率低,常易被临床医生漏诊。本文报道了1例我院收治的Robin序列征患儿,并分析了30年来国内报道的83例Robin序列征患儿的临床特点。发现此病男性多于女性,82例为适于胎龄儿,多无出生窒息复苏史;部分合并其他畸形,4例有明显遗传倾向,37例患儿在出生后3 d内确诊,21例患儿在出生30 d后才得以确诊。早期诊断、治疗可以改善患儿的预后。
The Pierre Robin Sequence （PRS） is a congenital abnormality characterized by micrognathia, retrognathia and cleft palate. The rarity of occurrence often leads to its missed diagnosis. This article reports a case of PRS child admitted to our hospital and analyzes the chnical features of 83 cases of PRS children reported over the last 30 years. It can be found that the males outnumbered the females, and 82 cases were appropriate for gestational age and most of them were without birth asphyxia resusci- tation history; some were accompanied with other malformation; four cases had significant genetic predisposition. 37 cases were diagnosed within three days after birth, 21 cases were diagnosed 30 days after birth. Early diagnosis and treatment can improve prognosis of PRS children.
