Examination and Explanation on “Hang Zi”——A Dialect Word in Northern Mandarin

考释当代北方方言词"行子"的历时由来,通过对语料的检阅及分析,确认"行子"是经由"行货"发展到"行货子"再发展为"行子"这样一个大致流程。

By examining and explaining the word＇s origin and analyzing the corpus, the conclusion that the dialect word ＂Hang Zi＂ comes first from ＂ Hang Huo＂ , and later ＂Hang Huo Zi＂ can be made.
