摘要
为了改善水性木器漆在使用过程中因色素等渗出引起的变色问题,采用甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯(DEAEMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(MBA)为原材料,制备阳离子水性丙烯酸树脂,并用其配制水性木器封闭底漆。采用动态光散射(DLS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对所合成的树脂进行了表征,并对所制备底漆的封闭效果进行了研究。
A new waterborne cationic polyacylate ( CPA ) resin was prepared by using N, N-diethylaminoethyl methaerylate ( DEAEMA ), methyl methacrylate ( MMA ), n-butyl acrylate ( BA ) and n-butyl methacrylate ( MBA ) as raw materials. The synthesized CPA resin was used for a wood sealing primer to prevent discoloration of the wood and preserve the original color of topcoat to highlight the natural beauty of the wood surface. The CPA resin was characterized by dynamic light scattering ( DLS ), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ), differential scanning calorimeter ( DSC ) and gel permeation chromatography ( GPC ), respectively. The effect of sealing primer based on CPA resin on sealing properties was evaluated by testing discoloration of the standard panel.
