摘要 目的评价白内障超声乳化摘除术中两种脉冲超声乳化模式对角膜内皮的不同影响。方法抽取2010年我院爱心复明工程行白内障手术的患者210例(210只眼),随机分为冷超声乳化组和普通超声乳化组,观察术前和术后3个月角膜内皮数目的变化。结果冷超声乳化组较普通超乳组术前和术后3个月单位面积角膜内皮数目损伤少,比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论冷超声乳化较普通超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤更小。 Objective To evaluate the effect on corneal endothelial cells after cool phaco and intraocular lens im- plantation compared with regular phaecemulsification. Methods In 2010 ,totally 210 patients who will undergo phacoe- mulsitlcation in our hospital were involved in this prospective randomized study, and these patients were randomly divided into two groups, cool phaco group and regular phaco group, investigate the number of corneal endothelial cells changes on preoperative day as well as postoperative day 30. Results At preoperativdy and 30 days postoperatively, corneal endothelial cell density of cool plmco group much denser than normal phaco group, showing difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Cool phaco causes leas damage on corneal endothelial cells than regular phaco.
