视网膜水平细胞及相关神经元在视网膜变性过程中形态学变化的研究进展

摘要 对视网膜水平细胞及相关神经元的研究,溯及鱼类、两栖类、鸟类到哺乳类动物。多年来人们对于视网膜神经元的研究多集中在正常动物模型的形态学、功能学及发育生物学方面,而对于视网膜变性动物模型的研究相对较少。研究视网膜水平细胞及相关神经元在变性过程中形态学的改变可以为视网膜变性后神经元的保护、视功能挽救和重建提供线索。 The study of retinal horizontal cells and rehted neurons retroactive fish, amphibians, birds to mammals. The researchers focused on the normal animal model of morphological, functional learning and developmental biology these years, lack of animal model of retinal degeneration. The study of morphological modification in retinal horizontal cells and related neurons during retinal degeneration can pray/de clues to protect neurons, save the visual function and recon- struction.
