摘要
应用博弈论原理,分析了垄断竞争市场条件下情报竞争的重要性,讨论了面对不同对手企业开展竞争情报活动、反竞争情报活动和超竞争情报活动具体情况,开展竞争情报活动和反竞争情报活动可以获得短期的超额利润,但是由于企业更注重考虑竞争情报活动的成本,企业还需要找到合适的合作伙伴,开展超竞争情报活动以有效降低研发风险,实现互利共赢。最后以中国3G手机市场的品牌占有率状况的案例,进一步说明在垄断竞争市场下企业利用博弈论进行情报竞争的作用。
This paper applies for the principle of game theory, analyzes the importance of intelligence competition in a monopolistic competition market condition, and discusses when facing different strategies from opponents, the enterprises take competitive intelligence activities, anti-competitive intelligence activities, and the ultra-competitive intelligence activities in the circumstance. Competitive intelligence and anti-competitive intelligence activities can make extra profit in a short term, but the enterprises must consider the cost .The enterprises also need to find corporate compa- nies, taking the ultra-competitive intelligence activities to reduce the risk of research and development and have mutual benefit and win-win. At last, we make the percentage of occupancy about 3G mobile phone band in China for an example, explaining the effecting about apply game theory for intelligence competition in the monopolistic competition market.
