摘要
选聘大学生"村官"到村任职,是国家支持"三农"发展的重大举措,取得了社会的广泛认可,但是也存在少数大学生"村官"找不到"支点","浮"在乡镇多,入住村里少等现象。大学生"村官"成长档案的建立健全加深了农民对大学生"村官"的认知,以及上级主管部门对大学生"村官"的考核和使用的信度,增强了"村官"们主动服务"三农"的主动性和自觉性。
College-graduate village official system, as a new measure to build a new countryside in China in recent years, is now widely recognized. Some college-student "village leaders" are unable to perform their duties successfully, spending more time in staying in the offices of the towns but less time in the villages. College-graduate village offi- cial system has been set to deal with the above-mentioned problems, which can not only make the village leaders understood by peasants and leaders but also enhance their enthusiasm and initiative.
