摘要
为了培养高素质软件人才,以CDIO的教育理念为指导,分别从课程体系构建、教学模式改革和评价体系设计三方面探讨培养创新型软件人才的方法,提出知识讲解案例化、课程设计项目化、毕业设计工程化的培养方式并运用到教学实践中,使学生不仅能更好掌握专业知识,而且能有效提高实践创新能力和团队协作精神。
From the construction of the curriculum system,the reform of course teaching and evaluation system,this paper discusses the training model for software talent based on the idea of CDIO.The training mode of teaching with the illustration of cases,project-oriented design of curriculum,engineering oriented design of graduation is proposed.Through these methods,students not only can learn the professional knowledge,but can improve the innovation and team spirit of students.
