创新模拟化教学手段是任职教育训练发展的趋势,分队战斗实验室作为陆军初级指挥院校模拟训练教学和研究的基地,在推进陆军初级指挥院校教育训练向信息化条件下转变的过程中,应加强其建设,改善模拟化教学训练环境。在推进陆军初级指挥院校教育训练向信息化条件下转变背景下,通过对陆军初级指挥院校分队战斗实验室建设的思考,在分析分队战斗实验室功能的基础上,从模拟训练系统构建、教学内容、方法改革、教研队伍建设、合作交流等方面对加强分队战斗实验室的建设,突出任职教育训练模拟化进行了探讨。

The innovation of teaching method is the trend of development for incumbency education and training. The construction of unit battle laboratory and the improvement of environment simulation training should be enhanced under the condition of informationization because it acts as the education and research base of army primary command college. By considering the unit battle laboratory construction of army primary command college, and analyzing the function of unit battle laboratory ,the construction of unit battle laboratory was discussed from building simulation training system ,reforming teaching content and method ,building teaching research groups ,and cooperation and exchanges.
