摘要 针对化工应用型人才培养中对系统操作能力训练的要求,应用组态软件和计算机仿真技术,在实物反应装置小型化、仿真运行装置工业场景化、采用计算机控制和完整流程的设计思想指导下,应用组态软件和微型反应器技术设计完整流程的小型实验装置。应用仿真技术设计多工段组成的工段级实物设备仿真运行的实训设备,构建了化工实验的完整系统,满足化工专业学生在生产流程中进行操作训练,形成对运行系统判断、分析和选择能力培养的要求。 In view of the requirements of system operation for the cultivation of chemical application-oriented talents, and using the configuration software and the computer emulation techniques, the configuration software and mini-reactor are applied to design small-scale experimental devices of full process. The emulation techniques are applied to design training equipment composed by multiple workshop sections. All the designing processes follow the guidance of mini- configuration of real device, scene illustration of emulation operating and full computer control and design. A complete system of chemical experiments is constructed, which satisfies the operation training for students of chemical engineering and facilitates their judgment, analysis and selection ability of an operating system.
