摘要
高级实验技术人才是高校人才队伍中一个极其重要的组成部分,对高校教学科研水平的提高有着直接的影响。合理、有效地引进高级实验技术人才,可以促进高校教学科研水平的提升。基于实验技术人才相关要素的系统分析,并从可操作性出发,提出了一种实验技术人才的测评方法,以其对高校引进实验技术人才有所帮助。
Advanced experimental technical talent is an important part of university faculty,and is directly ralated to the teaching and research in a university.The introduction of talent properly and effectively would promote the teaching and research of a university.This paper,based on system analysis of the relevant elements of experimental technical personnel,and considering the operability,proposed a method of evaluation,hoping to provide reference for other universities in the introduction of experimental technical talent.
