分析了目前高校实验技术队伍的现状:对实验技术队伍建设的认识不足,实验技术队伍不稳定,实验技术队伍知识结构不合理。分析了进行实验技术队伍建设的重要性:实验技术队伍是高校实验室建设和发展的主力军,实验技术人员是高校教学和科研的中坚力量。探析了8种措施来加强高校实验技术队伍的建设,拟通过措施的实施,培养一支高素质的实验技术队伍,适应当前高等教育的发展。

This paper analyzes the current situation of laboratory staff in universities： the importance of laboratory technician team construction is not realized,the laboratory technician team is unsteady,and the knowledge structure of the laboratory technician team is irrational.Considering the deficiency of the laboratory technician team construction,this paper points out that the laboratory technician team is the main force of laboratory construction and development,and the backbone in teaching and research.Therefore,it proposes 8 measures to enhance laboratory technician team construction.A high qualified laboratory technician team will turn out with the application of these measures to meet higher education development.
