摘要
根据实验室评估指标具有多层次、多因素且定量与定性指标并存的特点,提出应用模糊可拓层次分析法来评估实验室建设水平。该方法利用可拓区间数定量表示各指标间的相对重要程度,较传统层次分析法更科学、合理。通过专家打分建立可拓区间判断矩阵,计算各层次评价指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法进行逐级评价,最终得出综合评价值。以实例进行检验,给出其详细求解过程,结果表明其建设水平处于一般,与实际相符。
A method applying the fuzzy extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) method is proposed to evaluate the laboratory construction whose evaluation indexes can be qualitative, quantitative and multi-hierarchic. It can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with ihe extension interval number. By the extension interval judging matrix of evaluation index constructed by the experts, the weight of the indexes is identified and the level of laboratory construction is evaluated step by step with fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. At last the result of the construction level of laboratory is obtained with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking one laboratory as an example, a detailed description is given. The result shows that the construction level of laboratory is average, which is consistent with the reality.
