化学实验教学示范中心文化建设的思考

Reflections on Cultural Construction in Experimental Chemistry Demonstration Centers

以先进的、强大的、卓越的文化作支撑,实施精细管理,追求卓越管理,实现化学国家级实验教学示范中心的可持续发展,全面提升中心的软实力,是一线教师面临的十分重要的任务。从化学实验室、化学实验教学及其管理的特殊性出发,将中心文化解构为物质文化、管理文化、精神文化、道德文化、行为文化、质量文化、安全文化7个要素,旨在引起化学同仁的重视,进一步加强中心文化建设,促进中心的科学发展。

Under the support of advanced,powerful and outstanding culture,implementation of fine management,pursuing outstanding management,it is the most important responsibility of the teachers to realize the sustainable development of the national experimental chemistry demonstration center and to extensively promote the soft power of the center.In this paper,proceeding from the considerations of the specific characteristics of the chemistry laboratory,and experimental chemistry teaching and their management,the cultural construction of the center are divided into seven parts,namely,the material culture,the management culture,the spiritual culture,the moral culture,the action culture,the quality culture and the safety culture,in order to accelerate the scientific development of the center.
