摘要
针对电工学实验的特点,从人和物两方面分析了当前电工学实验中安全问题产生的根源。根据安全系统是由人、机、环境组成的一个复杂的、不确定的和时变的模糊系统,从加强安全教育,制度建设,提高讲课和指导的针对性,建立完善安全视觉识别系统等方面提出了安全管理措施。实施以来,学生违章操作的情况、设备损坏率明显减少,说明采取的这些措施是积极有效的。
It is important to ensure the safety of students in electrical experimental teaching,since electrical experiments involve electrical power.In view of the characteristics in electrical experiment,the root causes inciting safety problems are analyzed.Safety systems are complex fuzzy systems involving men,machines and environment.Based on this concept,this paper presents the safety management measures from the aspects of strengthening safety education,improving the management system,and establishing and improving safety vision identification systems.Ever since taking these measures,the probability of illegal operations from students and equipment damage have been significantly reduced,which proves that the measures are positive and effective.
