实验室安全管理体系建立的思考

Reflections on Construction of Laboratory Safety Management System

实验室安全对检测机构的安全和稳定发展起着至关重要的作用,检测机构在实验室安全管理方面应该从硬件建设和软件支持入手,全面实现实验室安全管理。通过对实验室安全管理中危险化学品、生物、压力容器、火灾和废弃物等常见问题的分析及探讨,提出建立实验室安全管理体系的必要性,健全实验室各种试剂、仪器管理等多项管理制度,统一对实验室进行安全评估并予以整改,从而避免实验室各种危险事故的发生。在实践中不断改进,才能有效地保护实验室工作人员和公众的安全与健康,并防止安全事故的发生和环境污染。

Laboratory safety is very important in the security and stabilization of quality supervision.Detection institutions should comprehensively realize the laboratory safety from both hardware construction and software support.To prevent the occurrence of incidents in the laboratory,this paper describes every aspect of laboratory management,such as hazardous chemicals,microorganism,pressurevessel,fire,waste,and so on.It is necessary to establish a laboratory safety management system and regulate security assessment.It is very important to establish and implement efficient laboratory safety management system,and continually improve the system in practice.Thus,the health of laboratory personnel and that of the public can be protected effectively.Meanwhile,the occurrence of incidents and envionment pollution can be efficiently prevented.
