摘要
本科生导师制是指带教导师对学生的学习内容和方法等各方面进行全面的个性化指导的一种教学制度,强调了导师在教学过程中的主导作用,更注重学生在学习过程中的主体性。青岛大学医学院人体机能学实验室优选部分曾参加创新性实验的高年级本科生担任带教导师,指导低年级本科生进行创新性实验的进行,从细胞培养、细胞凋亡模型的建立到各种凋亡指标的检测,进一步完善了对本科生导师制的思考,以更好提高本科生的科研水平和综合能力。
The tutorial system for undergraduates is a teaching system which aims to improve the quality of college undergraduates when the tutor gives comprehensive instructions to the individual on both research contents and methods.The Medical Physiology and Biochemistry Laboratory of Qingdao University selected some excellent senior students,who had participated in previous innovative experiments,to guide junior students to finish the innovative research.This adventure on college students’ experiments tutoring,which has been believed to improve the scientific research ability of college students,will be brought into lab teaching reform plan.
