摘要
针对我国工程教育与现代企业需求之间的差距,从分析工程实践教学存在的问题出发,整合现有教学资源,紧紧围绕现代制造企业模型构建并实施基于先进制造模式下的企业人员角色体验教学。通过高层次的"角色体验教学",帮助学生理清自己的社会定位和人生目标,培养职业意识及创新思维,提高综合工程素质,最终与现代企业"无缝"对接。
In view of the gap between engineering education and the demand of modern enterprise in China,starting from the analysis of the existing problem of engineering practice teaching,this paper integrated current teaching resources,constructed and conducted enterprise workers role-experiencing-education based on advanced manufacturing mode.By implementation of the high-level ＂role experience teaching＂,it helps students to recognize their social position and life goals,train their professional consciousness and innovative thinking,and enhance their comprehensive engineering quality,thus,achieving the ＂seamless＂ joint between students and modern enterprises.
