摘要
结合我校电力工程实验教学中心创建省级实验教学示范中心的实践,从实验中心建制和实验中心管理模式进行了探讨,提出主管层、决策管理层和工作层的三层体系构架和中心主任负责制的实验教学示范中心建设体制。该体制打破课程与专业界限,变分散式管理为集中式管理,实现了实验教学资源的统一安排、调配和利用,提高了设备的利用率和教学效益。对实验教学示范中心信息平台建设和运行机制进行了分析,逐步形成科学的管理体制和运行机制,形成适应学科发展和实验科学规律的实验教学体系。
In view of the pratice of the construction of the provincal experimental teaching demonstration center in the Power Engineering Experimental Teaching Center in Xuchang University,the construction and management of the experimental teaching center were discussed in this paper.A three-tier management architecture and centralized management system was proposed,which realized the unified deployment of the teaching resources and improved the utilization rate of the equipment and teaching efficiency.
