教学实验室工作质量体系建设的探讨

Construction of a Quality System for Teaching Laboratories

通过对ISO90000等质量体系的研究,结合教学实验室的特点,探索制定教学实验室环境、基础设施、实验准备、实验材料制备等各项工作质量标准和相对应的标准工作流程,构建成实验室工作质量体系。对实验室工作质量进行定期检查考核,保障教学实验室工作质量体系的落实,实现教学实验室工作和实验的标准化,提高实验教学质量。同时,建立科学、合理的实验室人员工作业绩考核制度。

In view of the laboratory environment,infrastructure,experiment preparaction and experimental material preparation,the authors constructed the work quality system for teaching laboratories,explored and established.the quality criteria and relevant standard for operation procedures based on the research of ISO9000 quality system and the characteristic of teaching laboratories.Through peridical inspection and evaluation of the laboratory work,the quality system of the teaching laboratory can be implemented,the standardization of the works and experiments in the teaching laboratory can be realized,and the teaching quality can be improved.Furthermore,a scientific and rational assessment system for laboratory staff is establised as well.
