浅析高校科研实验室培育及评价体系

Analysis of the Cultivation of a Research Laboratory and lts Evaluation System

高校实验室是国家科技创新体系的主要组成部分,是学校教学、科研、学科建设的重要支撑。结合西北工业大学实验室建设的实践,对研究型实验室培育模式、评价体系、建设要素进行了分析,并提出了新的建设思路,以推动该类实验室持续健康发展。

Research labs are the main integral part of the technological innovation system of China,which are the important base for teaching,research and discipline construction.According to the practice experience of research labs construction in Northwest Polytecnical University,after analyzing the cultivation pattern,evaluation system and essential construction factor of research labs,this paper proposed novel ideas for the constructon of research labs,in order to enhance the healthy development of this kind of labs.
