园艺学科分子生物学实验室开放运行的实践与思考

Practice of and Reflections on the Opening and Implementing of the Molecular Biology Laboratory for Horticulture

分子生物学实验室是园艺专业实验室的重要组成部分。为了不断提高实验室建设和管理水平,本文总结了园艺专业分子生物学实验室开放运行的成效,以及在提高仪器设备利用率、实验人员培训、科学研究与实验教学相结合、提高学生主动学习积极性、培养学生动手操作和综合应用知识能力、以及协作精神和团队意识、增强环境意识等方面的经验,并从创建实验室文化,加强和稳定实验技术队伍等方面提出了思考。

Molecular Biology Laboratory is an important part of the Horticultural Laboratory.In order to continuously improve the construction and management of the laboratory,this paper summarized the opening and implementing achievements of the Horticultural Molecular Biology Laboratory and the experience in improving equipment utilization,training laboratory personnel,combining scientific research with experimental teaching,raising the enthusiasm of students in active learning,training student’s practical ability and the ability of integrated application of knowledge,team spirit and awareness,and enhancing environmental consciousness.It also made reflections on creating lab culture,strengthening and stabilizing experimental technician teams.
