摘要 合理性教师性别结构是合教师性别结构存在目的与合教师性别结构形成规律、合学生培养目标与合学生身心发展规律的教师性别构成状态。合理性教师性别结构是学生人格塑造及其身心健康发展需要,也是男女教师发挥各自优势和功能效果,提高学校教育、教学活动效率,形成和放大学校教育教学正向功能的需要。中小学教育目标不同,其教育发展规律也不同。因此,在不同教育阶段形成不同教师性别结构标准并根据该标准,以统筹现实与未来、城镇与乡村教师性别结构方式,针对性增加比例不足或减少比例过高一方教师性别比重,推动各学校教师性别结构的合理化发展。 The reasonable sex structure of teachers is the composing state of teachers that can meet the requirements of the existing objective,the formation law, the training goals and the discipline of students' body and mental development. It also have to meet the demands of schooling activities of teaching and education. It need to be good for students' healthy growth and teachers' improvement and progress as well. Since the educational goals are different in primary and middle school and the educational law are not the same,the formation of a reasonable sex structure of teachers needs to rely on the building of a criterion of teachers' sex structure and an overall planning of its coordinated development of urban and rural and of reality and the future. Hence, it should increase the shortage sex proportion and decrease Surplus sex proportion respectively.
