摘要
幼儿教育是教育事业的重要组成部分,也是基础教育的主要组成部分。运用现代经济学原理,从幼儿教育财政公平性这一视角,探讨了影响我国幼儿教育滞后和不均衡发展的深层次原因。主要表现在五个方面:不同国家、不同教育层次、不同地区、城市与农村、公办与民办幼儿园间财政投入的不公平。
Preschool education is an important part of the cause of education anO also a major component of basic education. By using the theory of modern economics, a systemic and comprehensive analysis on the deep- seated reasons about the slow and unbalanced development of preschool education is provided in this paper. It draws the conclusions that the financial investment for kindergartens are unfair in terms of different countries, different educational levels, different regions, different kindergarten, between urban and rural.
