“五位一体”职业人才培养模式构建实验研究——以岳阳市网络工程职业技术学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 开展本课题研究实验,源于对"运用科学发展观指导职业教育科学发展"的思考与探索,源于对"增强职业教育的吸引力和影响力"的关注与投入,源于对两个"职业人才培养模式"课题的研究与把握;《实施方案》的要点有指导思想、基本目标、基本架构、基本方略、时间进度、保障措施等;该实验在形成《方案》、营造氛围、重构模式、开展活动、采取措施等方面取得了积极进展;该实验打开了教学新局面,带动了学校内涵建设,激发了学生学习积极性,促进了学生素质提高,推动了教师专业成长,增强了办学影响力;该实验后续打算是反思进展,遵照方案,满足需要,切合进程,追求效应,总结结果。 Carrying out this project research experiment roots to the thinking and exploration of " vocational education has scientific development guided by applying Scientific Outlook on Development"; roots to the attention and input about "enhance the attraction and influence of the vocational education"; roots to the research and grasp of the two projects about "vocational person training mode". The main points of this embodiment include: guiding ideology, basic goal, basic architecture, basic strategy, schedule, safeguard measure. The experiment opens the new situation of teaching, drives the connotation construction of school, stimulates students" learning enthusiasm, promotes the improvement of students" quality, pushes forward teacher professional development, enhances school influence. The follow-up work of this experiment are introspecting the progress, according to the project, meeting requirements, suiting the schedule, pursuing the effect and summarizing the result.
