摘要
采用化学氧化聚合法,以苯胺作为单体,过硫酸铵作为氧化剂,盐酸作为掺杂剂,在水溶液中制备导电聚苯胺,考察不同的时间,温度,盐酸浓度和过硫酸铵用量等合成因素对聚苯胺产物光电性能的影响,通过研究发现:反应成功制备出导电率为6.08 S·cm-1,吸光度优异的HCl掺杂的导电聚苯胺材料,并确定了最佳光电性能的聚苯胺合成条件.
The conductive polyaniline was prepared in aqueous solution through chemical oxidation polymerization. The reaction used aniline as the monomer, ammonium persulfate as the oxidant and hydrochloric acid as the doping agent. Impacts of different factors were investigated on the synthesis of poly aniline and its photoelectric properties, including time, temperature, concentration of hydrochloric acid and ammonium persulfate. It was found that the doped polyaniline with a high conductivity of 6.08 S ·cm- 1 and an excellent absorbance was prepared and the optimum synthesis condition was established.
