摘要
采用计算机模拟旋流器内的流场分布特征,应用雷诺应力模型及SIMPLEC算法进行数值模拟分析,模拟结果显示了旋流器内切向速度、径向速度分布特征,分析了旋流器操作参数及进出口压差对分离效率的影响,通过对压力场分布及速度场分布情况模拟,显示了旋流器内部流场的不对称性以及切向速度分布的兰金组合涡结构.这种不对称性流场强弱程度对径向速度和轴向速度有很大影响,进而影响旋流器分离效率.
Using computer to simulate the flow field characteristic inside the hydrocyclone, adopting Reynolds Stress Model (RSM) and SIMPLEC algorithm, the flow field inside the hydrocyclone is numerically analyzed. The cyclone tangential velocity, radial velocity distributions are displayed by the simulation; cyclone operating parameters and the influence of the pressure drop on the separation efficiency are analyzed. By the simulation of pressure field and velocity field distributions,the asymmetric characteristic of hydrocyclonic flow field is indicated, and the Rankine swirl structure of tangential velocity distribution is also shown. This asymmetry of flow field has a significant impact on radial velocity and axial velocity, thus affecting the hydrocyclone separation efficiency.
