摘要
目的观察低分子肝素钙预防下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月至2011年11月因下肢骨折行手术治疗的156名患者随机分为观察组和对照组(n=78),观察组给予低分子肝素钙抗凝治疗,对照组未给予任何抗凝治疗,两组患者均根据术后临床症状、彩色多普勒超声检查、凝血指标来诊断DVT。结果观察组DVT发生率为3.85%,对照组DVT发生率为28.2%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组凝血功能出现活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)延长的发生率分别为7.69%、3.85%,两组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙对降低下肢骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率有显著效果,而且具有良好的安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection in preventing deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 156 cases of lower limb fracture patients in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2011 were divided into two groups randomly ( n = 78 ). Experimental group was given low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection while control group was given no anticoagulant therapy. Evaluate and diagnose the deep vein thrombosis according to the clinical symptoms, color doppler ultrasound and coagulation function after surgery. Results The of deep vein thrombosis was 3.85% in experimental group while 28.2% in control group, and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The incidence of prolonged AFFF was 7.69% in experimental group and 3.85 % in control group. There had no significant difference between them (P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection has significant efficacy in preventing deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery and it is of good security.
