梗阻型中上段直肠癌96例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 96 cases of middle and upper rectum carcinoma with intestinal obstruction

目的探讨梗阻型中上段直肠癌行一期切除吻合术的可行性及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2011年12月收治的96例中上段直肠癌伴肠梗阻的临床资料。患者行一期吻合术的76例,肿瘤切除、肠造瘘术13例,单纯双腔造瘘术7例。结果术后出现切口感染5例,无吻合口瘘发生,均痊愈出院。结论对于梗阻型中上段直肠癌,根据个人具体情况,选择施行一期肠切除肠吻合术具有一定的安全性和可行性,其术后远期临床效果须进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of conducting first-stage anastomosis for patients with middle and upper rectum carcinoma and intestinal obstruction. Methods A clinical retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate 96 patients who were middle and upper rectum carcinoma with intestinal obstruction from 2006 to 2011. Among the 96 patients,76 cases were underwent the firststage anastomosis surgery, 13 cases were underwent tumor resetion and enterostomy, and the other seven cases received simple dual-cavity enterostomy. Results Among the 76 patients who underwent first-stage anastomosis, there were five incisional infection after surgery and there no anastomotic leakage. But all of them were cured. Conclusion It is safe and feasible for patients with middle and upper rectum carcinoma and intestinal obstruction to have first-stage anastomosis according to the individual condition. However, more research should be done to evaluate the long-term clinical effect.
