战略伙伴关系框架下中国—东盟的社会人文合作

China-ASEAN Social & Humane Cooperation under the Framework of the Strategic Partnership

中国与东盟的战略伙伴关系对于重塑中国周边稳定、和谐的环境具有重要的战略意义。在战略伙伴关系的框架下，社会人文合作与政治、安全合作和经贸合作相互补充，相互促进。2005～2010年是社会人文合作的探索期，2011-2015年是社会人文合作深化期。未来10～20年，双方的社会人文合作必将超越经贸合作，焕发出更多的生命力，为中国－东盟战略伙伴关系打下坚实的基础。

The strategic partnership China-ASEAN has an important strategic significance for rebuilding stability and harmonious environment of surrounding countries. Under the framework of the strategic partnership, social ＆ humane cooperation, political ＆ security as well as economic ＆ trade cooperation complement and promote each other.2005-2010 is the exploration period of social ＆ humane cooperation; 2011-2015 is the deepening period of social ＆ humane cooperation. In 10-20 years, the social＆humane cooperation will go beyond the economic＆trade cooperation, invigorate more vitality for China-ASEAN strategic partnership and lay a solid foundation.
