摘要
当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中,如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。故针对订单执行力方面,提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法。并在本方法的基础上,引进先进管理工具思想,从而建立起一套在供需链(Supply Chain)管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。
In the ctttrent production process management, most enterprises haven＇t yet studied how to improve the effectiveness of order execution. In light of this phenoamaon, the authors put forward a kind of method to implement production plan in high efficiency. And based on this method, the authors introduce advanced management tools and thoughts so as to establish an effective order execution system under the supply chain management mode.
