摘要
针对骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石中粗集料含量多引起的易离析、压实成型困难问题,通过分析和研究,提出提高混合料抗离析能力的方法,同时给出了在生产、运输和摊铺阶段减少混合料离析的措施;根据不同压实机械的特点,提出了压实机械的合理组合方式,并对骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石大厚度成型方法提出建议。
Aimed at the segregation mixture with dense framework structure phenomenon and compaction problem of cement stabilized macadam which were caused by the high content of coarse aggregate, some methods were presented to improve the anti-segregation ability; some measures were proposed to reduce the segregation during mixture producting, transporting and paving. According to the characteristics of compaction machines, the rational combinations of compaction machinery were put forward, and the large thickness molding method for cement stabilized macadam mixture with dense framework structure was suggested.
