摘要
介绍了在液化石油气与空气混合后 ,根据燃气压力低的特点 ,采用助燃压缩空气作为主动量对燃气进行均压控制 ,使两种气体压力相等 ,然后再与燃气比例混合。经过在大型冶金炉上的实践应用表明 ,该燃烧装置满足生产需要。
This paper introduces that the combustion-supporting compressed air is adopted as primary momentum to carry out pressure-equalizing control on the fuel gas so that the pressures of these two kinds of gases are equal according to the characteristic of low fuel gas pressure after mixing LPG and air, then mixes with fuel gas in a certain proportion. In this way, the fuel gas that is mixed with air two times can save energy, yet it is easy to control and is safe and reliable. Practical application in large-sized metallurgical furnace proves that this burning device can meet the needs of production, moreover, its performance is superior, and its operation is convenient.
