摘要 采用阻燃环氧树脂固化剂FRH固化酚醛环氧树脂F-44和双酚A环氧树脂E-20,通过端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对环氧树脂进行增韧改性,制备了H级环氧阻燃预浸胶,并用该预浸胶浸渍电工聚酰亚胺玻璃纤维柔软复合材料(GHG),制得阻燃GHG预浸料。结果表明:当预浸树脂配方中m(F-44):m(E-20):m(CTBN):m(FRH)=80∶20∶10∶100时,预浸胶和GHG预浸料的阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0。在预浸胶中添加2%的潜伏性固化促进剂后,GHG预浸料在130℃/3 h下固化良好,具有良好的耐高温烘焙工艺性和储存稳定性。经200℃老化20天后,GHG预浸料的粘接强度为4.5 MPa,电气强度高达85 MV/m。 A Class H flame-retardant epoxy adhesive was prepared with epoxy resin F-44 and E-20 as matrix,epoxy curing agent as flame-retardant and carboxyl-terminated nitrile rubber(CTBN) as toughening modifier.A new type of GHG prepreg was successfully prepared by using flame-retardant epoxy adhesive to impregnate electrical polyimide film glass fiber flexible composites.The results show that when the formula is m(F-44):m(E-20):m(CTBN):m(FRH)=80:20:10:100,the flame resistance of the epoxy adhesive and GHG prepreg can reach UL94 V-0.When adding 2% latent accelerator to the epoxy adhesive,the GHG prepreg can be well cured at 130 ℃/3 h and achieve good baking technology and storage stability.After aging at 200 ℃ for 20 days,the adhesive strength of the GHG prepreg remains 4.5 MPa,and the electric strength attains 85 MV/m.
