摘要
为制备一种具备高憎水性、可降低水冰点的融冰型防覆冰涂料,筛选出能降低水的固-液相转变温度的金属有机化合物,并对含金属有机化合物的低冰点型融冰涂料进行了研究。结果表明:制备的低冰点型融冰涂料可将水的冰点温度由0℃降至约-4℃,并能使垂直白铁片试样上的覆冰在9 h后完全脱落,融冰和脱冰效果显著。在绝缘子上试验时,可观察到涂层与覆冰界面间有液态水出现,随着时间的延长,融冰点逐渐增多、扩大,融冰效果显著。由于绝缘子伞倾角较小,其冰层难以自然脱落。为实现工程应用,可考虑使用伞倾角较大的绝缘子,以增强脱冰效果。
In order to prepare an ice-melting type of anti-icing coating which is of high hydrophobic and can decrease the freezing point of water,the organometallic compounds that can reduce the solid-liquid phase transition temperature were selected,and the properties of the coating with organometallic compounds were studied.The results indicate that the ice-melting coating can decrease the freezing point temperature from 0 ℃ to about-4 ℃ and make the ice on the vertical iron chip sample exfoliate completely after 9 hours;the effects of ice-melting and de-icing are significant.When testing on insulator,the liquid water can be observed between the coating and ice,and with time passing by,the melting freezing point increases and expands gradually,showing obvious ice-melting effect.Because the angle of insulator is too small,the ice is difficult to exfoliate naturally.To realize engineering applications,the insulator with bigger angle can be considered to enhance the de-icing effect.
