摘要 以干法合成的P-N无卤膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)为基础,与聚磷酸胺(APP)复配使用对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)进行阻燃改性。采用氧指数法、垂直燃烧法分析EVA材料的燃烧性能,通过热重分析(TGA)、锥形量热(Cone)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析EVA的热降解过程、燃烧性能和残炭结构,研究IFR/APP复配时EVA的阻燃机理。结果表明:APP与IFR之间具有明显的协同作用,当APP与IFR的比例为2∶3时,阻燃体系的氧指数提高到28.3%,垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级。在燃烧过程中,APP主要起成炭作用,IFR起发泡作用,当APP与IFR的比例为2∶3时,EVA阻燃体系形成了最好的炭层结构,从而显著提高了EVA的阻燃性能。 An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) was modified by P-N halogen-free intumescent flame retardant(IFR) synthesized by dry process and ammonium polyphosphate(APP).The combustion property of the EVA was analyzed by oxygen index method and vertical combustion method.Its thermal degradation process,combustion property and residual carbon structure were investigated by thermogravimetry(TGA),cone calorimeter(Cone) and scanning electrode microscopy(SEM);and the flame retardant mechanism was studied.The results show that the APP and IFR exhibit significant synergistic effect.When the ratio of APP and IFR is 2:3,the LOI value of the EVA/IFR/APP system can reach 28.3% and the vertical combustion level attains V-0.In the combustion process,APP promotes char-forming,and IFR plays foaming effect.When the ratio of APP and IFR is 2:3,the EVA/IFR/APP system forms the best char structure and thus significantly increases the flame retardancy of the EVA.
