摘要 主要介绍了中性点箝位(NPC)三电平逆变器的冗余控制技术。针对NPC三电平逆变器的拓扑结构和控制策略的特点,利用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)中的冗余电压矢量提出了一种软件实现的冗余控制算法。当逆变器发生故障时,用冗余空间电压矢量代替损失矢量,实现了逆变器故障状态下的冗余运行。采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对该算法进行了仿真,同时搭建了硬件电路并采用DSP编程实现了冗余控制算法,实验结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 The redundant control of the three-level neutral point clamped(NPC) inverter is introduced.Analyzing the characteristics of the three-level inverter topology and control strategy with the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), a redundant control method is proposed which uses the redundant space voltage vector instead of the loss vector when inverter fails.The software simulation is used, and a hardware circuit experiments is built to realize the redundant control strategy, the results verify the correctness, feasibility and validity of the method.
