摘要 针对超音频感应加热电源传统移相脉宽调制(PWM)调功控制策略轻载时的缺陷,提出一种将有限双极性PWM法与移相PWM调功相结合的新型功率控制策略,使超音频感应加热电源在轻载条件下实现软开关。同时以TMS320F2812为核心,研究设计了基于DSP的串联谐振式超音频感应加热电源控制系统,实现了整流软启动,死区的动态调整及数字锁相环频率自动跟踪,从而达到提升超音频感应加热电源数字化控制的目的。经实验测试,该系统加热效率高,可靠性好,节能显著,具有很高的实用价值。 Traditional phase-shifted pulse width modulation (PWM) control strategy exists defect when ultra audio fre- quency induction heating power supply in light load, therefore, a new power control strategy which combines limited bipolar PWM method and phase-shifted PWM control is put forward.It makes ultra audio induction heating power supply in light load still realize soft switching.Meanwhile, the series resonance ultra audio induction heating power control system which realized rectifier soft start, dynamic adjustment of dead area and digital phase locked loop is designed, so as to the purpose of improving the ultra audio induction heating power digital control.The experimental tests show that the system possesses high efficiency, high reliability, high energy saving significantly and high practical value.
