模拟CT引导下经皮穿刺活检在肺内结节诊断中的应用

Clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy on diagnosing pulmonary nodule under CT-based on simulation

目的探讨模拟定位CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术临床应用价值及安全性。方法肺占位性病变患者94例,均行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检诊断恶性肿瘤62例,良性病灶26例,转移瘤4例。穿刺术后17例发生气胸,未出现严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论模拟定位CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种方法简便、迅速、安全而又颇为准确的检查方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy on diagnosing pulmonary nodule under CT-based on simulation.Methods Retrospectly studied on 94 patients undergoing CT-guided Percutaneous biopsy on diagnosing pulmonary nodule under CT-based on simulation.Results Among these 94 patients,62 cases were proved malignant lung cancer,there were 26 cases confirmed benign and 4 cases were ambulant tumour.Pneumothorax occurred in 17 puncturesand,there was no serious complications.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous biopsy on diagnosing pulmonary nodule under CT-based on simulation was a safe and accurate method,which had high clinical value.
