肠道肿瘤切除手术术后地佐辛静脉自控镇痛的评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价肠道肿瘤切除手术患者术后地佐辛静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)的临床价值。方法选择60例全麻下行肠道肿瘤切除手术患者,年龄35~60岁,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,按PCIA用药随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和芬太尼组(F组),每组各30例。D组镇痛用药为地佐辛1 mg/kg,F组为芬太尼15μg/kg,均用生理盐水稀释至100 ml,术毕两组设置相同镇痛泵参数行PCIA。观察术后4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h和48 h各时点VAS镇痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分,记录不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者术后各时点VAS评分无明显差异,D组患者的Ramsay评分及不良反应发生率均显著低于S组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛PCIA应用于肠道肿瘤切除手术术后镇痛效果良好,不良反应发生低,不失为较理想的PCIA药物。
