在梳理从个人—环境匹配到个人—组织匹配的理论发展脉络基础上,比较测量一致性匹配和互补性匹配时的差异性,分析个人—组织匹配理论研究的三大焦点,有助于分析个人—组织匹配理论未来可能的发展方向。
Based on the theoretical development context of Person-Organization Fit, the paper compares the measurement differences between Supplementary Fit and Complementary Fit, offers three research focuses on P-O fit fields, and also points out the possible tendency of P-O Fit theory.
