文章通过对北京高德老年中心建筑设计的总结，阐述了一个立新的、既能把握时代脉搏，又能体现传统生活方式的老龄建筑设计理念。在建筑功能、建筑空间、建筑文化脉胳上做出了有益的尝试，以期达到老龄建筑创作中理性和情感设计的统一。

Summarizing the design of BeiJing higher morality center for older, this paper introduces the design ideology for aging building which not only paces with new times, but also embodies traditional life style,At the same time, we attempt to meet unity of ration and emotion at the design of aging building through the architectural space,architectural culture and architectural function.
