举生态和民生大旗 走甘肃特色林业发展之路

Lifting the banner of ecological and livelihood and Constructing the road of Gansu characteristic forestry development

多年来,甘肃省林业建设坚持以科学发展观为指导,按照发展现代林业、建设生态文明的要求,把生态建设和环境保护作为一项重大战略任务,坚持生态建设和改善民生并重的林业发展理念,努力探索形式多样的林业产业发展模式,创新生态建设机制,构建科技支撑体系,走出了一条具有甘肃特色的林业发展道路,林业建设保持了良好的发展态势,取得了显著成效。但是,受历史、自然、现实等多种因素影响,甘肃特色林业发展仍面临着诸多困难和问题。针对当前甘肃省特色林业发展中遇到的主要矛盾与困难,建议进一步转变林业发展观念,采取一系列有效措施,生态与民生兼顾,促进社会和谐进步。

Over the years, in accordance with the development of modem forestry and ecological civilization, the ecological construction and environmental protection is considered as a major strategic task of Gansu forestry construction. The forestry development concept on ecological construction and improvement of people＇s livelihood is held, and many kinds of development mode are explored. At the same time, the ecological construction mechanism is innovated, and the support system of science and technology is constructed. This is a characteristic road of Gansu forestry development. A good forestry construction development momentum is maintained and remarkable results are obtained. However, due to historical, natural, reality and other factors, many difficulties and problems exit during the development of Gansu characteristic forestry. Aiming at the main contradictions and difficulties in the development of Gansu characteristic forestry, suggestions of further changing forestry development idea, taking a series of effective measures and balancing ecology and the people＇s livelihood are put forward in order to promote social harmony and progress.
